I'd have to say that it would bother me to know that my boyfriend didn't find me the least bit attractive. Even if your personality was the first thing that drew him to you, I would think that since then, he would grow to find you very attractive though his eyes. I have dated guys that at first, I didn't find to be physically very appealing, but after dating them and falling in love, I found them to be the sexiest thing ever! Being in love with someone often times means loving people and finding beauty that comes not only from the outside, but also from the inside. And often times that inner beauty is what we fall for.
Yes, I suppose its nice to know that your man isn't shallow, but it would also make me wonder how long he will find your personality appealing and how soon he'll be distracted by a more attractive woman. Almost every woman I know, myself included, suffers from some type of insecurity about their appearance and knowing that your boyfriend doesn't find you attractive would feed ANY woman's insecurities. So while its nice to know that he's not a Shallow Hal, its also not-so-nice to know that he doesn't find you physically attractive. And even if that's the case, perhaps he should have answered the question a little more tactfully in order to protect your feelings. Sometimes you don't need to know EVERYTHING. An answer like the one he gave you could change a relationship irrevocably and if it were me, I know I'd be VERY bothered by this.

Well really we all want both and you rarly get both in the same package.. but to be with someone you have to be attracted to them. everyone is beautiful in some way .you could have a beautiful personality or a beautiful looking person, i personally dont think the bf should have said No. because the person is beautiful

those solutions are hysterical. women folk (not females) spend lots time and $$ finding for the suited bra or shirt that attracts a guy of their direction. Spend infinite hours in front of the reflect considering themselves. Victoria secrets and strategies is a save very nearly dedicated to exhibiting off womens breasts. So i don't even desire to pay attention approximately 'OMG' are you able to suspect that guy became surely finding at my new $7000 boob interest. Or, 'The Nerve' of that guy finding out my $seventy 5 rack in my new Victoria secrets and strategies bra.

why would you ask your bf a question you already knew the answer to? Do you want a bf who is honest, or who lies? Being attractive doesn't last -- a great personality is far more important.

Thats insulting. when you actually care about someone they are the most beautiful person in the world to you. If you dont think she is pretty, then obviously you dont care about her personality as much as you thought

No I would not be satisfied. Although liking me for who I am is MOST important, Wanting to lay me down and love me is also VERY important to me.

i would definelty be hurt. i think that personality does matter a ton but if my boyfriend thought i was ugly i would be extremely upset! i'm sure your really pretty and he's just dumb! haha

hmm depends on how he treated you. If he treats you like crap then I would say it would matter. but if he treats you fairly well who cares what he thinks. he likes you regardless of looks. Looks are nothing really its what inside that counts.
