Stockings are always sexier. Bare legs and feet are sooooo boring. You see them at the beach, in the shower, on every high school kid, and all over California and Miami. Dull tan, creamed up stubble, and no exptic nylons to drive a guy crazy. Everytime I wear my stockings the guys go nuts, and if I leave them off on a hot casual day, they always ask, "where are your stockings? I love it when you wear them"

High heels are not sexy, open or closed toe either one. Thigh high stockings are not sexy either. And yes I'm serious, that crap is a turn off in the worst way and the only kind of men that like it are guys who are so out of touch with reality that they can only get off on sheer fantasy.
Forget all that ridiculous crap you see the models, strippers and whores wearing; If you want to be sexy and alluring, then do it with your mind and your personality and the way you communicate to a man. That's how to make the boat float ;)

open toed high heels without thigh high stocking however make sure those toes are painted and well groomed.

With stockings and a garter belt of course. Ask any leg man! They are always complimenting me about my stockings, and complaining about the lazy bare legged girls running around in heels and bare legs.

Heels are always way more sexy when worn with sheer stockings and a garter belt. They look way more hot than bare skin and painted toes, and guys love the feel of them when they are fooling around.

lets replace the open toed part of the equation and go with boots or closed toe heels. Toes = gross

I would say open toed with hose...i think hose should be worn more often to enhance the legs of a female.
