im really shy ?

Question

im scared to talk to others ( and guys)except my very best friends i have a real problem with being shy and i need serious help
like i cant go in front of groups of people ( or talk to them) and im really scared to hang out with guys...

i used to be the same way only.. for girls lol.

You have to establish a certain comfort zone for boys. dont think of them as being boys. Just people. The way I see it is the only reason the opposite sex can be afraid to talk to eachother is because of sex itself. If you dont think about that, at all, you should be ok. Push it out of your head.

if your confident thats not your shyness cause push that out of your head.

Otherwise there is only one way your gonna get over being shy of guys, ok 2 ways one is just alot more sensible.

wild-party animal, doesnt so much care wth is going on as long as hes having fun and getting a rush. Not neccesarily bad for some girls.

Abusive-just what it says hes abusive to everyone including his gf if he has one.+crazy+wild. See crazy See wild

Perverts- Always relates everything to sex. always thinking of sex. Sex is always on the mind.

Jocks- they are really cocky. If they like you thier easy to be around but otherwise screw them.+wild See wild

Parinoid-he will look around every corner, he will turn around 59 times a minute, he will check under his bed every night for anything bad. hes easy to be around. most likely because hes afraid of you.

Bad-All of the above -shy -parinoid
Cheater- He will cheat on his girlfriend in a second without remorse. He doesnt care about anything and is a major perv. See pervert.
Normal- These cannot be classified because these guys just act like themselves and not one person besides them can know that,
Good-None of the above except maybe shy.
These are really easy to be around. Hes nice has good manners and is most likely a gentleman.

NOW way 2. my recomended way. Stop being shy. thats how i did it. One day my little private life to myself and my friends became to much for me and i just went out to the others. I acted like myself and I made a bunch of friends. When your used to being around others you can get used to being around strangers.

I'm the same - quite shy - but started to get a lot better once I realised that people don't dwell on what you've said or done as much as you think they might. You might be stressing about something you've said or an awkward situation when in reality the other people involved have forgotten it long ago.

i used to be like that, but the best way to get over that is to just think..."whats the worst that could happen if i just start talking to them?'' seriously, you have nothing to lose. i know its hard, but you'll realize that its so much more fun when you get out there and express yourself!! make sure you have confidence and self-respect and then you'll do fine...just get out there, girl and live!! have fun, laugh, joke around, say anything that comes to mind, you'll do fine. everyone is a normal person like you, guys are just normal kids, and everyone else is dealing with the same social issues, just in different ways. don't worry, just get out there and have fun!! xox hope i helped!!

me and my best friend are really shy to. we dont talk much to guys either cuz God made us all like that...but there is a time when we should try to speak out. But dont be ashamed because you are like that. You will one day. When you feel comfortable with yourself and confident. Life can lead you to great suprises!

just start small then. when you're around other people just be yourself and if they dont like it then there are plenty of other people that will. just talk about anything. dont worry about impressing people or being embarrassed by anything. just say whatever you want and dont care what anyone else thinks. being shy is one thing but running away because of shyness is another.

just be yourself when ur around ppl...talk friendly like hey whats up how ya doin that kinda stuff keep it casual and it goes on from there everyone gets a little frozen when they talk to certain ppl ik i do when i talk to a guy i like.
