The white spots may be flourosis marks; you got too much flouride when your teeth were developing and it left "scars" on your teeth. You can't get rid of them. You can bleach and make them less noticable but they will never go away.

you will find that those white 'spots' are in fact 'in' the enamel of the tooth, not 'on' the tooth... its caused by some thing you have ingested in your past... teeth grow slowly, so, what ever it was, is going to be pretty difficult to determine.
To answer your question..i don't think so... i think it will eventually just grow 'out'... i had them when i was young...it was from some water born element,.. from our well... my whole family had white 'spots' on there teeth.

Colgate makes and ADA approved toothpaste made to repair enamel damage.

It's called Luminous or something.
