Please describe the best kinds of bars and scenarios for flirting with and meeting guys. Also, who should ask for phone numbers and when? I am a little out of the swing of meeting and dating new men.

Go to bars that the music isn;t loud so you can actually have a conversation. I hate trying to talk over the music, when I'm trying to pick up a girl. Also, show a little cleavage, that sure helps.
Feel free to go up to guys and start a conversation, I always like it when girls do that. Go to a pool table and tell a guy you want to play teams with you and some guy against his friend and your friend. You pick the teams, that way you get to be on the team with the guy you want.
Otherwise, just look really sexy and wait for the alcohol to start giving some fool a little liquid courage.

go for the shy quiet type strike up a conversation and if he is interested he will have a lot to say men find it a huge turn on not to mention anxiety killer when the woman takes the lead . guys cant read your mind so tell them whats on it in a decent way of course and be confident this is a must, all guys tend to want what they can't have. be honest above all things and don't use mind games unless you want the favor returned good luck

go to a bar and make sure you look like you are having an amazing time. smile and be friendly to everyone you come into contact with. laugh at anything funny that someone says to you. men like a woman who knows how to have fun. if a man you think is cute looks at you, make eye contact and smile. this always works for me... i got 3 phone numbers last weekend!

rather a lot continuously- little while period (very little while period) there's some adult males that flow there to loiter round with their friends or to fulfill human beings. yet i don't think of many adult males flow to a bar to hit upon a spouse.
