I am going to meet my boyfriend´s family, but they´re from another country. I kinda understand their language and speak also kinda slow, but I am not very fluent. What do I do not to look stupid just there without talking?

I am sure they know that you are learning their language and will appreciate that by making you feel as comfortable as possible with them.

Smile, nod your head frequently to show you're listening, and keep a very intent "I am thinking about every word you say" look on your face.
If you want to keep control over the conversation, you could always try talking to them in that language. I'm sure they'd be impressed.
