if u put a perm in your hair a long time ago and it damaged your hair then you put a texurizer kit in your hair and it grew your hair out from all the damage the perm did to ur hair then you decided to cut your texturized hair off would your hair be back to normal the way it was before you even put the perm in your hair in the first place?

number one you are putting one chemical over another,best thing to do is cut off all damaged hair ,do not put any other chemicals on it use a good cond. let it grow out keep the ends trimmed every 6 weeks

yes especially if ur younger everytime you cut your hair it grows back stronger and healthy than what you had before.
