Your much more likely to get sick from that shopping cart handle or that public phone.

If the girl threw up on you it might be different then.

the virus is mainly transmitted through body fluids. so unless the girl actually threw up on you, you probably won get sick. washing hands is the best prevention.

DEPENDS ON WHAT MADE HER THROW UP. IF IT WAS A STOMACH VIRUS, YOU BETCHA. BEST WAY TO FIND OUT IS TO WATCH THOSE WHO WERE AROUND HER AT THAT TIME. NOT MUCH ELSE YOU CAN DO. GOOD LUCK.

if you were close enough to inhale the bits of vomit or eat any bits that fell onto your food, then you could become ill. wash your hands frequently and that will keep you healthier.
