I'm from Quebec, Canada, and I had my learners permit a few years ago. At the time I did multiple trips to Vermont and had no probably though I was only 17.

With a learners permit you must be accompanied by another person who has a full license 15points (not a learners or probational).

The best thing to do it called your closest license bureau and ask them, if you can?

I am sorry but you have to be 16 in the big US of A to drive here. There are so many kids here that are irresponsible and kill people here and we are getting even more strict. They want to move it up to 18. You have to keep in mind that the children here are more spoiled than anywhere else in the world. You should know that spoiled children are irresponsible and dangerous. My point... don't take it personal.

Doubt it, You need to be 21 to get an international lisence which is the only way you could drive in another country (unelss you get a lisence there, which is usually being a permanent resident there)

when i was your age i drove , with my dad , in a province that had different rules , the U.S. is a different country , my uncle was pulled over in Georgia because some sheriff saw his block heater cord and thought it was a radar detector ,there are way too many crazies down there and their cops are really stressed , don't push it .this would be a good question for the R.C.M.P. 'though.
