We are the volunteers of Haight Ashbury Food Program which was founded in 1983 as a neighborhood response to serve the meals for hunger such as homeless and unemployment. HAFP's mission is to support the principle that freedom from hunger is a right, not a privilege. Using plastic aprons is not only a big expenditure to us but also cause a lot of problems for environment. We are now looking for some better substitute for the plastic aporns. Old clothing aprons will be the best choice. If you deicde to change your clothing aporns, please do not throw the old ones into the rabbish bin. We would be very appreciated if you could be kind enough to donate them to us. Any individual or organization which is interested in the donation for old clothing aprons. plz contact the number or email to the address as follows:

why not buy a few like from Hobby Lobby or Michaels (craft stores)have apron that have no design on them and you can paint them or put decoration or leave them as they are for only $3.00 to $5.00 each, they have different colors.
Or some one could buy material and make some.
