Jilbre is really good. I have the 2 1/2 inch one and I get it done within 10 minutes. It heats in 30 seconds up to 400 degrees and my hair is so thick so it actually works

I have similar hair. First, be sure to use a good conditioner. Then invest in a flat hair iron, such as the Chi. It is around $100 through beauty supply and there is NOTHING like it. It is porcelain and will not burn your hair. You will love it.

Not to get you upset but your not going to find a straitener that straightens in 10 mintues. I suggest conair.

conair works realy good. get one that has prongs (so to speak) on one side since your hair is frizzy. the prongs will comb your hair out while straightning it.
