What is a life of disciplineship?? and what does such a life mean for people?

Disciple means "to listen." A life of discipleship means to listen to and follow the call of God to love God, neighbor and self. It means asking for God's forgiveness and giving forgiveness when it is due.

I suppose it means following the Bible.
