My friend's dog is really discusting..what to do?

The dog keeps trying to like lick your private parts, it wont stop. They tried a bunch of things. What to do?

They need to put the dog on a leash and a choke training collar when they have company and when the dog goes near company pop the dog in their direction with the command "no, bad dog" If the company that the dog is around knows the dog well enough they need to smack the dog on the nose and tell him no. If smacking the dog on the nose does not get a reaction then the correction was not done in a harsh enough tone or the smack was not harsh enough to cause him to stop the action
