you waited a little to long but if your willing to wait a little longer it may not work out with her.

I'm not sure exactly on the one line (so i was confused and told him to tell me to let it go,he said no). But from the sounds of it he has a girlfriend and was letting you know that, and he finds you very attractive (beautiful). However, since he has a girlfriend, I think you made the best decision by getting off of the phone with him. If he contacts you again and wants to go out, make sure you are not going to be the "other woman" first.

He is playing you!! Keeping you on the back burner with the beautiful statements and hoping you will stick around if the relationship does not work with the other girl. Move on. Attraction does not mean anything except in a physical sense. He is just flirting.

Sounds to me like he was basically telling you "hang around in case things dont go good with this other girl". If you want to let him use you as a back up like then then stick around because chances are eventually he will probably break up with this other girl (he obviously doesnt like her that much either). But I think that if you dont want to be miserable and upset anymore just stop talking to this jerk. He is using you and you are letting it happen. Cut him off, move on, and let him self destruct because that is exactly what he is going to do.

He was telling you that he thinks you are a good person inside and outside... even thought he is talking to someone else that cannot change the view he has on you. So obviously he likes you but maybe wont come out no further than he has since he is seeing someone else.

Hes saying you should wait for him. He wants to keep you on the line while he sees where his month-old relationship is going. Let go of him.

Tell him that if he doesn't dump this other girl, that you're going to move on.

Oh, and make sure you actually do move on if he choses her, there's nothing more sad to us men than a girl who can't let go.
