You could try leaving the earring out. The nose carries staph bacteria. Just think, you opened up a portal for the bacteria to get inside and grow an infection.

Considering it's been over two months since you started having this problem, you should definitely see a doctor or at the very least go to the piercing place to see what they say. It can be an infection or even a growing/changing keloid. Don't put emu oil on it! And alcohol will likely only aggravate it. I'd be more likely to ingest the aspirin (unless you're still a teenager), because it's not like it's a zit, it doesn't need an aspirin mask. If you feel like it's getting dirty or germy, wash it gently with antibacterial soap and dot on neosporin or bacitracin (until you get to the doctor, I mean).

This could develop into something serious or disfiguring. My friend had a similar situation when she pierced her tragus (the front nub of the ear, by your cheek). By the time she went to the doctor she had an infection in her ear as well as freakiness going on outside it. She ended up having to abandon the whole thing. Her tragus is different on that side now, but since it's on the side of her face, it's not really that noticable.
Good luck!

I hope its not getting infected! You should see your DR or go back to the parlor you had it done at, to have a pro. check it out. But until then to get you through, you should put antibiotic ointment on the affected area and take some benadryl (its an anti-inflammatory & anti-histamine) or take some ibprofin which is also an anti-inflamatory too, but if you can just take benadryl cause you didnt mention any pain.
Good luck & God Bless

P.S. dont take the piercing out before you find out if its infected or not otherwise you might have to get re-pierced(unless it becomes painful) also if you start running a fever or start having FLU-like symptoms while dealing with your nose still, GO TO THE ER

yes u cold go to the place where u got your nose pierced and talk to the person about that and u also might have a bump there because it is not ready to be touched and all that u have to let it rest and heal up.when it snags something that will make the bump bigger because u is pulling the hole where it had gotten pierced and that's hurting it so that's why and try ice too!!!!

If this continues or gets a lot worse you may want to see a doctor because it MIGHT be an infection
