How old are you? Is there anyone in your family you can talk to about this, like an aunt or an uncle? What I'm thinking is that maybe you should get another family member to talk to them and suggest they get counseling or see a doctor for a complete physical. If you try to talk to them about this, they will probably dismiss it because parents don't generally like to be told by their kids that there may be something wrong with them or that they aren't providing a good home life for the kids. BUT if another adult were tell them the same thing, they just might listen. Maybe other adults in your family have noticed the discord themselves or even other things that you haven't only because you've gotten so used to all of this craziness. Even if they dismiss it at first or blow up over it, at least the seed will be planted and they can think about it.

You might wanna suggest that you all see a therapist. It might seem a little pretensious but it might work for you all. If you dont want some stranger dwelling into your lives, i suggest ignoring them and telling that you will not speak to them until they see a doctor. You might also wanna try to cheer them up a bit. I understand that you are probably really tired and stressed due to school because i am the same way but maybe instead of hanging out with friends, go to the movies with your mom, or go fishing with your dad.(I dont mean just these activities, just something fun that both of you can enjoy.) Just remember that you love them no matter what and they love you too.

you really just have to live with, you're defiantly not the only one to be in that situation. if they piss you off though and are yelling at you just act like it doesn't bother you. that'll piss them off alot, it pisses mine off. and its away of getting back at them with out being rude or disrespectful. I have some of the stricest parents when it comes to the whole disrespect thing too, and i get away with it (which kinda surprised i haven't been smacked) but i get away with it anyway

I hope you can talk to your parents. Tell them that all their anger towards everything is really affecting you.
If you are more close to your mother then you could try to talk to her first , then you can both talk to your father.
'Hope for the best!

Talk to them! They won't know that it is on your mind, and it bothers you if you don't tell them. And if they won't listen, make them listen! Say that you don't know why they are acting like this...
and LISTEN to them.. if you do then they will! Trust me! I know from experience.. it may be scary at first. but when you have their attention you'll be fine. Speak your mind...
