Here's a tip: Sit your little young butt down and don't go to the party. You sound like a little whore wannabe, calm yourself down kid and leave the making-out stuff to the adults.

Make sure to control the amount of saliva. It's gross when a girl is basically spitting down your neck. Also, pick the shy guy at the party, because chances are you will unlock a part of him that you never knew was there. He will be a changed man (boy).

You're much better off to remain pure until marriage. I know it's so tempting to go ahead & "make out". But when you do, you run the risk of going farther than you planned on or being pressured into something you don't want to do. There's so much pressure on young girls to be too familiar with boys. Be careful, use your best judgment & as the old saying goes -- "Let your conscience be your guide."
