Personally, I feel that we find out who we are in the toughest of moments. Moments that either make or break you.

How do you begin to speak more? You should dig deep, find that confidence and realize that what you have to say is worth saying and has meaning.

Communicating with other people with an open mind and have interest into the conversation. Just be yourself and speak from the heart regardless what the conversation is. Being a true person is speaking from the heart and being real, not just to yourself but to others as well.

Experience, I suppose, and by paying attention to how you feel in certain situations. You know when you've done something you are proud of, and when you've messed up. Pay attention to those feelings and respond. Read a variety of books and see what interests you. Finding yourself is a lifelong process, but paying attention, and trying to discover your nature is the first big step.

if i where to know who am i.... there should be many aspects and factors to consider.... like physical, mental or emotional, and spiritual.... when we talk of physical aspects, its abwt how you are physically fit, like how you deal with your physical features, if you're a perfectionist on physically, emotional is the big aspect you should always consider, because, it talks about your personality how you deal with people... next is the spiritual, this is also one of the important because this measures how you are close with God...

but if you really want to know yourself, you just have to express your feeling and emotions, accept criticisms because those will serve as your confidence and determination... it is only you who knows best for you... just bare in mind that you cannot rule others world and no one can rule yours...

put yourself in situations that pushes you in becoming more comfortable with yourself...do things that you wouldn't ordinary do, like participate in clubs, take public speaking class...putting yourself out there...
