what is I-765 and I-131? where can i get form? who is qualified to fill this application?

I-765 is application for employment authorization document. I-131 is application for advanved parole-it allows you to travel outside the country when you might otherwise be denied re-entry, for example, if you have a green card application pending.

You can fill the forms out yourself, or you can have an attorney, immigration advocate or paralegal fill them out. The forms can be downloaded from the USCIS.gov website.
