that is someone who happens to order those prostitutes on the streets around, if you know what i mean... and that's why they have so much money, because if they have good prostitutes, they get good money.... i know that because i'm gonna own a whole house of them!

I know of only three definitions of the word "pimp". The obvious one is someone who controls one or more prostitutes. We also used the term in the contract labor market.
I worked for several companies as a contract employee. I reported to work at that location, but I was actually paid by the contract organization. They paid me my salary, and in some cases, benefits, but charged the "client" (the company or corporation I worked for), a much larger amount for my services. Since they took a "cut", we often referred to these consulting labor firms as "our pimp".
A third meaning is used such as in the expression "Pimp my ride", meaning to convert something, such as an automobile into a flashy design.
Just adds a little variety to the term, as sometimes, meanings are not what they seem in music. Sometimes they are literal, sometimes they might be deeper.

Pimps= A guy that is sexy and can have many girls at the same time. Guys take it in a good way, and call themselves that.

a pimp is a despicable man who peddles women like they are objects. they are not to be glorified. they are to be jailed and made to pay for theyr sick disregard for human rights.
