It may not seem logical, but this is a common occurrence when people are suffering from depression, and also bi-polar illness as you point out. There can be other causes, but these are the most common ones when people are otherwise normal people.
I know exactly what you mean about anger and rage that is way beyond what makes sense - like seriously thinking how you could kill someone because they bumped your grocery cart at the store - that's a good sign that something is not quite right with the chemicals that control your mood.
The meds used for depression and bipolar change your mood and outlook, and usually eliminate or tone down the anger, along with other negative feelings. Depression is treated with antidepressants - usually Prozac or welbutrin (or the combo of the 2) are used as a first choice. With bipolar illness its a little trickier to get the right meds.
You can look at some of the online self-tests to see if you might be bipolar or depressed. If so, you can talk to you family doctor and get a prescription for whatever you need.

I like Formerly's answer, but want to add that PMS/PMDD can do the same thing. You need to keep track and see if you are getting out of hand only in the few days before your period. Also, even if it is bipolar, or depression, it can get worse in those few days (if it is PMDD, or really bad PMS, you would be totally normal in the other days) You could also have post traumatic stress disorder or something else. Take those online screening questions, and talk to a doc about it. Excessive irritability is only one of many symptoms of a mood disorder like bipolar. Hopefully, it is something else, because bipolar is not something you want to have.

You replace into attentive to and comprehend their boundaries, it particularly is carefully unfair working example to have faith them with your financial protection on account which you're asking and watching for something it particularly is rather confusing for them to do responsibly and you place them up for an excellent style of destructive thoughts, injury and repercussions in the event that they burst off their meds and fail at it. you are able to love them, have a relationship with them, yet understand the boundaries. they may well be depended on with specific each and every day issues, many times interior of a relationship, to be dependable etc What stressful situations them is their highs, mania, and lows, melancholy in the event that they burst off their meds. they might and many times do very irresponsible issues for the duration of a manic point. a real bi-polar individual isn't stressful to become attentive to, by maximum folk, so if the guy isnt severe as a kite sometime and then so depressed they're threatening to kill themseves the subsequent there's a sturdy probability they arent bi-polar. there is not any happy medium, they cant carry jobs, and that they cant function o.k. devoid of drugs. as long as they're on meds they may well be ok. in basic terms you already know what this individual potential to you. It wont be straightforward even nevertheless it particularly is properly worth it an excellent style of folk label all of us they dont like as being bipolar, its very a lot over used, and if the guy does not have a Psychologist and a Drs dignosis, then dont pay attention to it. There are chemcial imbalances that are rather examined for, and those are given earlier any prognosis is made or medical care given. My wager from what you're saying is "those human beings" in simple terms dont like somebody and are spreading vicious lies and rumours

It could be several things. Firstly, you should know that depression in males shows itself as anger.
Find some help, get a good diagnosis, and take your meds before something happens which could get you in trouble with the police.

A lot of people are filled with chaos at your age. The best solution is to find one or more friends who have a calming effect on you and who are able to help you learn how better to deal with difficult feelings. Are your current friends helpfyl? And are you helpful to them?

It could be many things, such as a) hormones, b) sugar intake, c) you need some meds. Would suggest seeing a doc. Meds can cure/cover up just about anything.
