You didn't say whether this is a chronic long term condition or just a temporary illness. If it's temporary, just get a lot of rest and sleep. You'll get well sooner. If it's a chronic condition, take this opportunity to read some really good books. Or write one yourself. Do sodoku puzzles to exercise your brain. Learn something new like knitting or crocheting, something you've never had time to do before but always wanted to learn. Work jigsaw puzzles. Talk with friends on the phone. Do whatever you feel like doing.
This is all assuming you've been to a doctor and have a diagnosis. If you haven't been to see a doctor you should do so right away. These are terrible symptoms.

First of all, ignore the comment from spray kit, he obviously has issues. Give yourself a manicure, decorate your nails with nail art, if you feel up to it. Embroidery, cross stitch, crocheting, buy a jewelry kit to make jewelry or jewelry art, beading, stained glass or painting kits to make sun catchers, make dream catchers, organize photos in albums, start scrap-booking there is a ton of stuff you can create, calligraphy is fun, or do jigsaw puzzles and put them in frames.
