I'm ... I was anorexic at 5'6'' and 94 lbs and now I'm 110. So I'm not too bad. I just really dont think the shrink knows what hes talking about. See, I try to manipulate them to where they wont really give me the meds, but obviously that doesnt work...
By manipulate I mean I giving them obvious answers and stuff like that...

When you are in a calm state your brain produces serotonin. Now when you take Zoloft or any of the other drugs like this, this drug is taking over and your brain actually slow down the making of the serotonin. I think it is a bad decision to do this only because if you are on it for awhile you might have problems getting off it because you brain will rely on this med.

I assume you've seen a psychiatrist or a neurologist and have a prescription for these medications.
My husband takes Paxil and Risperdal. He was suffering from severe depression and anxiety attacks. Since he started taking these medicines, he's back to normal. He's doing great.
His behavior is normal. He doesn't act like he's "high", if that's what you're worried about. He just feels happy and active again.

Well, if you don't like the way they make you feel then stop taking them. I am personally against the whole antidepressent thing. They made me start having panic attacks out of the blue. Read about how they "think they may work". This industry is enshrouded with much unverifiable diagnosis etc. Judge for yourself.

If you have a serotonin imbalance they will make you feel better, if you don't they will mess you up.
