I lost a dispute with paypal. I cancled my credit card and bank account so they cannot get my money. Can they hurt my credit? They refuse to give me the evidence that the item I sold was used with out a subpoena. Could I sue them for hurting my credit if that does happen?

They have your social security number, I believe. That is all they need, but if I were you I would go over the terms and conditions you agreed to when you opened your Paypal account. I would bet that there is something in there about collection procedures.
