Yes it is. In fact, everyone that holds all the correct numbers win the grand prize amount. Most of the time it's only one or two, because of the big odds.

yes unfortunately for example if your numbers were drawn and the jackpot was say 20 million there might be 10 other people that had your very same numbers so they divvy it up between all of you.... all you have to do is hope that if you do win big your the only one that has chosen those exact numbers
