In calssical Arabic, we say:
jameel: for a boy.
jameelah: for a girl.

When it comes to dialects there are numerous ways for describing beauty.

you can say:
hilu: for a boy
hiluah: for a girl

zein: 4 a boy
zeinah: 4 a girl
(mainly used in the gulf countries)

yeganin: for a boy!
tiganin: for a girl!
(the latter is mainly used in Egyptian dialect. The Lebanese, however; but a B before them, the latter adjective, that is)

p.s.: If you want to add the adverb: very, you put 'giddan' at the end (stress on the 'D') hope you got that.
