I just had a terrible experience at a local small restaurant. The problem itself wasn't with the food it was with the host who sits costumers. She was extremly rude and I called to speak to a manager and turns out she is it. I would like to send a correspondence to the owner. Chicago, IL

Go to www.manta.com

You can register for free. And typically they have owner ship information.

If not. Just write to the restaurant and on the envelope write to Owner of Establishment.

Also, go online and search the name of the restaurant you may find information from the town's/city website, they typically have a business guide on their website.
