Balthazar made an entire manual to etiquette.
Besides, being a gentleman isn't just to women.... it's to all those around you. Don't just open the door for a woman, hold the door open for the guy about leave as well.
Being a gentleman is about keeping your cool when things seem a bit rough for others. Keep an open mind, and even temperament, don't get drunk, and be good to people.

I admire your interest! Do you wish to live like a gentleman or act like one? Check your library for books or search the internet for info. Remember that different countries have different customs in regards to what a gentleman is.

Aweee, that's sweet. :-)
You don't want to go too far back in time.
I wouldn't expect you to take off your jacket , or
coat and lay It over a mud puddle so I could walk
on It and not get my feet too muddy.
I curtsy. :-D ha ha ha ( blushing ).
Check It out on the web.
But It means alot to Women like me, that you are aware
enough to care.
I always say " Good morning Gentlemen " to Men In
the morning. One morning a Man said,
" What's Gentle about us " ?
I laughed with the Men standing there, but
In my mind I thought, ( I give you the benefit of a doubt,
hoping you are Gentlemen ).
It makes me feel good Inside to meet a Gentleman like you.
Proof that there Is still hope.

To actually answer your question:
"The Gentlemen's Book of Etiquette, and Manual of Politeness" (1875)
"The Bazar book of Decorum.: The care of the person, manners, etiquette, and ceremonials ..." (1873)
"Manliness: For young men and their well-wishers" (1864?)
"The American gentleman's guide to politeness and fashion, or Familiar letters to his nephews" (1858)
"Plain Words to Young Men" (1858)
I've put the titles in quotes since I can't italicize or underline in teh answers

Try "Things You Need To Be Told" and "More Things You Need To Be Told" by the Ettiquette Grrls. They are wonderful guides to modern manners, conveyed in a tongue-in-cheek style. Funny and very informative.
And thanks for being one in a million. Have many sons -- you will raise them well.
