Best way to start learning a new language just to listen to music is to get out the lyrics of your favourite songs, then look up the words one by one on an online dictionary. Little by little, you'll get used to the sound to the language.

Yes. There is a program called Rosetta Stone, you can find it through Hennipin County Minnesota's public library website, or through Yahoo! search. Unless you belong to the library (as far as I know), it'll cost you to use it. (I don't know how much.)
