how fast can I get the ECNR done? I dont have the degree, I am in my final year.

You will get ECNR stamped on the same day you have applied for. Recently the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of India have been simplified the criteria for ECNR status. Submit your passport along with attested copy of your educational certificates (matriculation or above) and you will get back your passport on the same day.

Now 10+ is eligible for benefit of ECNR. It can be done in 1 day.
