I want to call a company in S. Korea. It starts with 822 , which is [or will be] a toll free # in this country , and there are 8 #s instead of 7. Is the 8th # an extention or do they just have 8 ?

82 is Korea's country code. 2 is the code for Seoul, which would NOT be a toll-free number. And yes, some phones in Korea have 8 numbers (as far as I know, only cellphones, but maybe in Seoul there are places with 8 didgits).

I'm FAIRLY sure (not 100% positve) that most Korean toll-free number start with 800 like in the States or Canada.
