My mom does pot. She thinks I don't know, but I do. My whole family knows and they want me to tell her that I know. Do you have any ideas how I can say something to her? Thanks

Ask her for a joint and see what she says. Or you could just say mum i know that you are smoking pot and why are you trying to hide it from me, i thought you always said honesty was important and so i'm asking you are you smoking it? See what she says if she still denies it go find her stash when she is out one day and have it sitting on the table when she gets home. Turn the tables on her and act the way she would if it was you smoking.

well start a conversation about how shes doing and wht happened in her day then tell her about how in school they tell you dont do drugs then ask her if they did that to her and how she feels about that maybe shell spill or you can just say mom i know you smoke pot and so does the rest of the family

Ask your Mom some leading questions, like "When you were my age did you? " , "Do you know if Mrs....... smokes pot", once you get her talking about it ask why she tries to hide it when the whole family know?

A family intervention is the only smart way. Every body in the family, not just you. Call a drug hot-line for suggestions. If nothing works and she continues, join a drug program for victims, yourself, for your own sake. (they have a program for teenagers, if you are one).

Confront her about it. Most parents try to teach their children not to do drugs, pot, etc. Try to discuss this with her. If it's bad and she doesn't want for you to do it, then she too should not be doing it.

Well, in that case sit her down and tell you know and ask her if theres a way you can work things out? Dont feel bad my mother is a drug abuser and she just denies it but us people arent stupid you know?

I believe that the rest of the family has put you in a difficult situation...she SHOULD know you know, of course, but another adult should confront her, in your presence...would they go for that, or are THEY too uncomfortable to bring up the subject?

i have the same problem,
honestly.
i think you should sit down and tell her that you know she does pot and that you really care about her and if she really loved you she'd stop,
its harsh..i know

come straight out and tell her, say "we know that you smoke pot and we're here for you. you dont have to hide it from us we'll help you out."

Next time she tries to hide it or deny it just tell her to cut the crap, you're not stupid, you know she does it and she doesn't need to pretend anymore for your benefit.
