What kind of leaves are you talking about? If you live in Canada salvia (diviners sage) is legal, and can be bought at local tobacconist / cigar shops, if inhaled deeply in will give you a very short, intense kick, but I prefer a good hemp rolling paper filled with the West's best, British Columbian bud!....Peace out Brother!!!!
