And after couple more doses i have another spot right beside it. Is it getting better or worst? and do i need to go back to the ER.

Yes. It sounds like it is gettign worse. I would suggest going immediately before you lose your eye.

I am trying to determine what you mean by "red spots" and exactly where they may be. In a way it probably does not matter, for if your eye feels worse or looks worse, by all means you need to return to the er where you were treated to have them take another look.

yea i would say to go to the er, or a walk in clinic, since it is the weekend, cause what ever they gave you, you may not be able to use, and it could make it worse.

i've had pink eye before and this never happened to me. it doesnt sound normal. i would go back to the er.
