And after couple more doses i have another spot right beside it. Is it getting better or worst? and do i need to go back to the ER.

Hopefully you are treating it with antibiotic drops prescribed by a doctor, otherwise it is very contagious. As for the red spot on the surface of your eye, it is most likely a broken blood vessel. Broken vessels in the eye is a very common occurrence. You should be concerned if there is pain or swelling of the eye with it.

Talk to the doctor.And let him know what is going on.Your eyes are important .Don't take them for granted.
