Funny - when did this new generation of anti-religious rebellion come about? If you don't want to believe in God, at least be mature enough to put up some good reasons. The whole, "Why should I have to do what some old guy says?" thing is ridiculous. You don't have to do anything, and you never have had to do anything. If you want to believe it, believe it.

We don't believe in God cuz of legends passed down. We believe because He intersected our lives and began a personal relationship with us. He speaks to me, He guides my steps, and He provides for me when I have no other means of providing for myself. I cannot deny His existence because He is as real to me as any other person in my life.
Religion is usually something man-made and corrupt, but God Himself is not. Humans tend to screw up everything they touch in one way or another. God is perfect, humans are not. Go with God and don't make any eternal decisions based on the actions of fallible humans.

Witches are actual. yet they do no longer use spells including hocus-pocus. they do no longer fly on broomsticks. We use cauldrons, yet we gown in simple terms like actual everyone else. maximum witches are stereotyped, and Im no longer a sophisticated witch, yet Im a begginners wtich. So i understand they are actual,, reason in the event that they weren't i could be ...faux.

There is one God, and He gave the commandment not to have no other gods before Him. People worshiped wood, idols, trees, sun, false gods. and that is why there is so much sin in the world. Satan wants us to worship everything, but God. He wanted people to worship him, and he wanted to take over God, and have everyone worship him in heaven. Look around and see the beauty that God created. He is amazing.

Dear md, I agree with your premise, none should buy nto religion. religion is mans futile effort to reach God. ultimately, the fingerprints of makind are easily seen, the rules and regulations of these religions are humany attainable and allow for a reletevistic view of morality. The Christian dosent stirve to find peace with god, it has been given to him/her through christ. The difference between the one true God and al these manmade religions, is that Gods standard is moral perfection, Noe of us are able to keep Gods standard and are seperated from God by our wicked works. the Only way to be saved is By the Power of Jesus Christ, the uniqness of Jesus Christ is his statement "the son of man has power on earth to forgive sins. No other religion or religious leader has made this calim, because Cristianity is not a "religon" but a relationship with the creator. let me explain further............
Have you ever lied, stolen, lusted, coveted, or been angry with someone unjustly? If so, then you have broken the Law of God. God has said "You shall not steal; You shall not lie; You shall have no other gods before Me; You shall not murder, or covet ect. because you have broken Gods law, he is bound by Justice to punish. the Law is represenative of Gods Holy character and nature, therefore to break Gods law is nto simly to break a list of boring rules, but by breaking Gods law is to offend Him, and deny his Holy nature. thats why Though hand Join in hand God will not free the wicked. the punishment for sin is Hell. The good news is that christ died for us, we broke Gods Law, but through the death of christ the wrath of God was satisifed. Now God Commands men and women everywhere to repent (turn from sin) and trust in christ andbe savd, because he has appointed a day in which he will Judge the world in righteousness.
God Bless
