Although I do not like the new Kabbalah religion, I'll see if I can help you out.
What you'll have to do is present them with not only what you believe, but some sources to back you up. You no doubt have seen such sources. "I have found excitment and inner peace once I learned about it."
As for it being hard to express your feelings, please realize that the only way to really allow your family to understand you is to actually do that. It is imperative that you share your views with them, so that they will not be misguided about you.
Then again, it's possible your family will start to think of you as some sort of Satanist, as mine do to me. In that case, it'll be hard on you, but you must continue to stand for what you believe in, reguardless of persecution.

Trust me, if you think you have "learned" Kaballah, then you have not learned anything, maybe a few meditation tricks.. There are no advertising schools of true Kaballah. But if you want to , you can pay some doof in LA to bag a few little tricks for you. Seriously, tell your family, don't tell them, but don't think you will find "Kaballah" in a day, week, or decade...

Tell them that it is a systematic form of sanity. And if more people actively pursued and participated in such things then the world would take on a new reality...one of peace and joy.

mere decades ago rabbis would not even teach a person kabbalah until they were at least forty and had enough spiritual knowledge to truly make us of its teachings. ahhh, for the good old days to return...

You won't be able to explain anything to anybody if they are not already receptive to it. Your best bet is to forget about what they think, don't talk about it too much infront of them, and live your life. Over time, they will see it as a natural extension of you, and then you can start to explain it to them.

i dont know wut kabbalah is but if its not Christian, then dont do it. Jesus is the Son of God, he died on the cross for our sins, and three days later he rose again. That's wutcha need to get to heaven. so if you dont believe that, i guess i wont ever meet u. but i hope i do meet you.

Avoid the Madonna cult, kid. Let actual Kabbalists work it.
