They are so good because they are cooked in animal fat. There was actually a lawsuit not long ago, because it is the law to inform consumers of meat or meat by products in your food that are not obvious. Vegetarians have stopped eating the french fries due to their being cooked in animal fat.

Well its the potatoe my friend. Mc donalds fries contain high traces of potatoe and potatoes is a really yummy substance. All so any thing fried is got to be good.

I don't think they are. I think they are over salted, limp, stings of starch! They don't even taste like potatoes..... them fries are nasty!
Burger King has better fries.
