Dont Pull on the crust!!!If you do that can perminatly injure his eye. You should take him to a vet and they will get you eye drops. DONT TRY TO SOLVE IT YOURSELF!!!If you wait to take him to the vet later he will prob. get an infection. Watch him for a few more das and if it dosnt clear up call a vet. You can also try an online Vet to ask to see if they can help
good luck!

The wet cloth will help loosen the crust but don't try to pull it off...wait until it wipes off. If it's been there for more then 3 days i would take the kitten to the vet to see if there's an infection so that it doesn't have sight problems when its eyes open. How is the momma treating the kitten?

Sounds like he needs to see a vet. To get eye drops. Kittens get eye infections like that. And it probably will spread to the other kittens. So they all probably need to be seen. But until you can get them there--take some canned milk and warm it up not hot just warm and clean the eyes with that do it often enough to keep it cleaned off.

My male cat was a little slow getting his eyes open too. But once he did, he made up for lost time!

You're doing well by keeping his face washed. But if he doesn't open his eyes in another week, take him to the vet and make sure he doesn't have some kind of infection in his eyes.

Good luck!

Warm wash cloths are an excellent start, keep his eyes clean. He may be getting an eye infection, over the counter polysporin eye drops aplied three time a day after the cleaning may do the trick.

Call your vet. Most vets want to see mom and kittens shortly after birth to make sure everyone is healthy.
