Most people would just say suck it up and talk to her...
First, change your perspective of yourself...be confident, and look at things at a different way... Don't be upset if she blows you off, just think, well this person is not worth my time since she didn't take the time to get to know you... Know who you are...don't let others put you down... Talking to a girl could be a step up of building your self esteem...

well theres one way to get over the shyness part go up to random people and just talk to them do that for a while then youll be able to talk to anyone. just remember dont get nervous and relax when talking to girls its really not that hard

Talking is easy. All you have to do is start the conversation with some kind of question. It should be something simple and pointless that way you don't start talking about anything to personal. Just make small talk.

it's hard getting over your shyness I should know but if you feel comfortable just casually talking then just go for it

Just do it. Women usually appreciate confidence, and youll regret it if you dont. Do be prepared for a little akwardness though. If she doesnt like you, make sure you stay friends.

just think how much u like her so u can talk to her.if u can't ask ur friends to help. if they really are ur friends they will help u.talking to a girl u really like is good. just get hte guts to do it.once u did u will feel good about urself
