I have liked this guy for about 2 months, or at least i was just able to admit to myself, others, and him that i like him 2 months ago. I have actually liked him for about 5 months, but never had the courage to admit to myself and others than I did. Anyways, I really like him, and I think he likes me but im not sure. I dont know what to look for. I'm tired of hearing people tell me too look for the signs: smiles at you, tries to strike up a conversation with you, ect... Most of the time, that isnt really even the way to tell. He is really nice, cute, sweet...and everything else. I dont talk to him much, in fact, when we do talk, he is the one that starts talking to me. I just want to know if he likes me or if he is even worth hanging on to. I dont want to be holding out for someone that is never going to come along. HELP ME!!!

Im a guy and usually when i strike up a conversation its is because i am interested with the girl as a friend or potential g/f. I think you should talk to him more and try to act as cute as possible around and if he likes you he will tell you. If he is to shy u can always work up your courage and ask him if he likes you.

Well maybe you should make a move you say he's always the one that talks to you talk to him more and then ask if he wants to hang out like go bowling or something with friends then in time start doing things alone all should work out if he likes you you will know and if he doesn't you will be able to tell

I can not really tell but you know try hanging out with him more often. Invite him to the movies or to the mall or for a walk and get to know him better. Believe me after all that you will be able to feel if there is a bond or not.

If he is the one starting the conversation, then, he's making an effort.
Here's how human beings work: If you want something, you make an effort to get it. If he's talking to you, then he's interested in giving you attention!
There's another half to this though, and that's you. You need to express your feelings, too. This shouldn't be about if he likes you, it should be about the fact that you like him. So... If you like him, go talk to him! give him attention, and smile at him!
Try this approach: Forget about his feelings, do what YOU want to do. If you want to talk to him, then TALK to him! If you want to study with him, then study with him. Do it becase that's what you want to do right now: You want to hang out with him. And if he likes you back, that's a bonus.
Do it cuzz you wanna do it, not because he wants you to do it!

Stop being so scared and just ask the man in this world you're giong to have to take risks so let this be one of them get over you're fears and jus ask him every man is different so nobody can jus tell you how u would know so TAKE A TRIP ON THE WILD SIDE!!!!(men like dat stuff too)GOOD LUCK

It's hard for a guy who is nice to get a girls attention so a lot of the time it's up to the two of you to establish a relationship, it is no longer the soul province of the guy (especially in the age of girl power).

well really and truely i dont think theres enough information here to actually tell if he likes you. just cause a guy starts talking to you and gives you some look doesnt necessarily mean that he likes you. i think you need to spend more time with him and maybe just maybe he will say how he really feels about you

there is no way to tell if they like you by "the signs"
most times when you like someone
you imagine those signs anyway
ask him
and dont play games
if this guy means that much to you
then you can ask him
ask yourself of he is worth the possibility of rejection
then go from there
