Kissing their neck always works! That drives me crazy. Also, (this sounds weird), stick your tongue in their ear. If you guys have never really touched before, those first two choices won't work too well. If that is the case I suggest being really flirty and just down-right seductive. for my guy when we first went out i kept pullin away when he hugged me or kissed me. but not in public i show him im completly crazy about him juust holding on longer to him. he <3's that. also i leave him kisses ALL over his neck
