you might want to get a trim, and get a deep conditioning once or twice a week until it feels better. conditioning balm by biolage is really good and extreme by redkin is also great.

don't dye your hair any more. Go to your stylist cut off as much as you can. But if your hair is short enough buy deep-in conditioning and shampoo and conditioner that will restore your hair like Pantene Pro-V Restoratives Time Renewal get the shampoo, conditioner, and hair mask. It will get your hair healthy in a month or less. Also put mayonasie in your hair before you take a shower leave it for 20 min. then shower and rinse if off really well. BUY INFUSION-23 LEAVE IN CONDITIONER THAT WILL RESTORE YOUR HAIR AND STRENGTHEN IT. ALSO IT WILL HELP YOUR HAIR CUTICLE AND MANEGABILITY.

Also, if you do style your hair follow these tips

GOOD LUCK!!

STOP KILLING YOUR HAIR!!! by dyeing it and bleaching it your destroying it. your putting harmful chemicals in your hair. if you continue you hair will start to fall out. my friend now wears a wig because she colored her hair and bleached it so much. its not the bleaching right after dyeing, your killing it every time you color it. STOP!!!!! and get some intense conditioning products, also buy an avacado, mayo, and olive oil. mix it and put it in your hair. STOP DAMAGING YOUR HAIR.

see if you can get your hair trimed to get rid of the dead ends. Use a deep conditioner.

you could try mayonaise as a conditioner...or any deep conditioner by garnier nutrisse (they make good conditioners with their hair color)
