God means the force, whether actual or abstract, that someone tricks out of their imagination as being the ultimate force in the universe, and sometimes follows to the point of tragic folly.
There's the supernatural types like Yahweh, Allah, Thor, Zeus, and so on... the ones who manage to defy natural laws but leave absolutely no evidence of their existence all the same...
There's the deist god-don't-give-a-damn-about- you type...
There's the abstract god-is-the-universe-and-the- universe-is-god type, which is um, not really a god at all...
And of course, there's the god who sneezed the universe into existence. I kinda like him.
As for what all these mean to me in my life... sometimes side-splitting entertainment, sometimes frustration, lots of memories, and yeah... definitely what weemaryanne said, too. :)

Jesus is God. Christ is the only Mediator, but He is not the monopoly of Christians. He is the truth and the way to eternal life.
Jesus is the exemplary human being. He is the revelation of who all humans are to be. The design for humans that Jesus reveals focuses on living in relationship with God and being rightly related to others. He is the hope. : )

God is best described by his heart. God loves us, his creation, so much instead of destroying us, he sent his son to pay a debt we could not pay. God is merciful and in a word grace. He gave us this gift not b/c we deserved it, not so we would owe him anything but for the shear fact he loves us. How many of us know this perfect love? Not many. Not humanly possible. We will always sin, he will always forgive us. We will always disappoint him, he will never disappoint you. We will always fail, he will never fail.
He is the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end.

I dont belive in god
god is us, we are what created magic and higher power. Initialy, we did this because it was based on imagination, without imagination, we would not be the great people we are today.
because of our knowladge of evolution and micro organizms the only recoil of churches is that God created the Quark, but how could God be in existances if quarks aren't event in existance.
If you think about it, none of the geniuses belive in God, therefore, all the smart poeple have no part of the brain whach allows them to be religious, or God is a crazy made-up being to explain things we did not know 100's of years ago
the thing is, we know whats going on, so I think their is no need for a God, all spirituality is just an Illusion, just think that Life is presious because we only have one shot, just thing about the billions of years it took for us to achive self-awareness
by the way, Jesus was realy John of (Gamalah)? who has as many brothers as apostles. He was just some radical jew who infuenced a new set of beliefs

God is everything. He is unconditional love, Eternal light, He is always here around everyone watching over us and and loving us. God is the reason for love. The answer to my prayers, God is the symbol for love, beauty, compassion, kindness, understanding and grace. God is the reason we are here, the reason for love. God is the reason why i can sleep at night. God is the cool breeze that rushes past me to make me feel comfort. God always has and always will be with us. God= eternal love.
