most really good tattoo artists will draw a tattoo for you. you should make an appointment at a tattoo shop to talk with one of the artists. be sure to look at their portfolio though, because this will be on you for the rest of your life!

You can bring a picture of your design to the tattoo parlor of your choice, and show it to them. They can either free draw the tattoo onto you, or make a stencil out of it, and then tattoo it onto you. And if you don't have a picture, just describe what you want to the artist and they'll most likey draw it up for you.

why dont you try going to the tattoo parlor and telling the artist what you want so they can try drawing it out for you.

go to a custom tattoo artist. all you have to do is describe the tattoo you want to them and they should be able to draw something for you. all of my tattoos are done by my custom artist. it's part of an artists job, to draw up the tattoo. good luck!
