It is just that you have oily skin. Drug stores will sell little wipe/pad things in the cosmetics section that you can use to wipe off the oil during to day. You should also use a face soap that is especially for oily skin.

This is normal. The oil is called sebum. Your skin excretes it to prevent it from drying out. Most likely it is being overproduced because you're in puberty and your body is freaking out and overproducing this sebum and hormones.

Nothing really can stop it, it is just genetic. I would reccomend using a face wash 2 (or more if needed) times daily with a face wash that includes salicylic acid in it. You can tell if salicylic acid is in by checking the back of a face wash bottle. Check target, walgreens, etc.
Why salicylic acid? Because if the sebum clogs pores, acne can develop. With an oily face like yours, you will probably get acne!

Good luck

They sell thin papers for absorbing oil which you can gently press on your face if it gets too oily. In the meantime to others you probably look like you have a radiant glow. To look like you have you have make-up on when you don't is a plus!
