Today I was very sick and when I went to my kitchen to get a Advil and i pasted out will this happen again in the future i had not eaten since yesterday like startung at 6pm.

well, my whole family is sick this week, so that might be that. we're all dizzy and headaches. I would go to the doctor

Could be a Blood Pressure issue.
Fainting due to a drop in blood pressure and a decrease of the oxygen supply to the brain is an illustration of a temporary loss of consciousness.
And why are you not eating...fasting? or just no appetite?
Have yourself a bowl of soup...but don't just go without eating anything...food is fuel....you might just be out of gas!

Yes, you have to make sure you eat something or even drink something before you take any form of drug or medicine.

Go see a doctor if it continues. Otherwise, eat grains and don't drink alcohol.
