Why don't you dye it a colour to match your skin? I would recommend a light brown, almost blond colour.
If you don't want to dye your hair, then you should try some different hairstyles-Mix it up a bit. Does your hair look nicer up? You can pin it up with some clips or a high ponytail.
Try to accessorize your hair. You can put in some clips, or wear a pair of earrings that highlight your eyes.

If you're a person of color, like your avatar. I love seeing women with a bob, no bangs plus big loose natural curls. I think it's so flattering. Then if you have skin problems the curls and hair can cover your blemishes naturally. As you move your hair moves and will throw more attention to your beautiful hair.

your skin maybe brown but that does not matter it is how it fits your face.
but maybe jerrycurls or braids or just consult with your hairdresser and she/he is a good one u will find a good hair stlye

well, you might want to consider getting light brown highlights done. I had bleach blond hair and i got brown roots and it looks incredible. You also might want to consult a beautician.
