I have a band contest performance tomorrow at 11:30 in the morning. I have no idea what to do with my hair. I'm wearing a white turtleneck and black pinstripe pants with open toe black kitten heel shoes. Any suggestions?

downplay your hair because you want people to be focused on your music. maybe a sleek chignon with a little flower in the back. away from your face would probably be good. another simple classic 'do is to curl all your hair, put it in a ponytail just below your crown. take random pieces and pin them up around the ponytail. pin more or less for a tighter or looser effect.

I play saxophone at school, and when we go to competitions, I am always wondering the same!
I think that wearing your hair in an up do (or down) looks professional. ( An up do like a messy bun, for example, might be too messy.) Try a sleek ponytail, a neat bun, or wearing your hair down (straight or curly/wavy looks fine.)

I like hair up and pulled away from my face when I am wearing a turtleneck. It gives the illusion of a longer, leaner neck.

when I play in band at school I definitely want to get my hair out of my face. I would where two ponytails or even a half a pony tail is cute!

if straight put it down or in a ponytail
curlyy scrunch it up with some gel
you'll totally look good

Nothing too flashy, remember they are judgeing the MUSIC, not the PLAYERS.
