Or find a dental office that either does the zoom whitening and has an in home kit.. my office does it for about 300$ or if your a New patient for 149$ or you can get the in home kit.. which is like imps of your teeth and you do it at night for a couple days for half an hour.. the whitening strips are not the best for your teeth but they do work good.. just make sure to use some toothpaste with flouride in it.!! to replenish the enamel,,

Use Crest Whitening Strips and follow the directions. That is the only product that I have used that consistantly works, all my girlfriends use it too with great results.

I agree with John. My uncle uses baking soda (not baking powder- there's a difference!) and I have just started to try this myself. I am getting positive results. I also add some of my regular paste to help with the taste. Good luck!
